Please allow one week for processing your application. We may reach out to you at any point after you apply, sometimes as quickly as the next day. If you have not heard back from us in 10 days, please feel free to send an email if you believe there has been a technical error. Normally if you do not hear back from us, the application has not been accepted. Sending multiple applications is not necessary and forms filled after the first will be automatically rejected by the system.
Artesian determines the affiliate percentages on a case by case basis. The commission reward structure is outlined in the official affiliate paperwork you will be sent if accepted. If you agree and sign that document, then you’ll officially join the Affiliates Program.
Easy answer: No. Longer answer: It depends. Affiliates are only meant to receive a commission as their reward for promoting Artesian. For specific sponsorship opportunities or to receive hardware in compensation instead of monetary rewards, please inquire after you have completed your application.
Commission payment schedules are detailed in the formal acceptance document. Ordinarily payment is processed every 2 to 4 weeks. Depending on the timing of an order and its payment, referred commissions may be faster or slower.
Artesian employees can provide account snapshots as needed for those who would like to receive updates on their accounts. We are planning to release private affiliate account management for individual users soon.
Absolutely. However, please be aware that shipping costs to overseas locations (and Alaska/Hawaii within the U.S.) may be much more expensive than domestic shipping. Your referred customers should place orders accordingly, although we find our pricing to be competitive regardless.
